UT Research Management System (UTRMS) is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application outsourced to a 3rd party, Huron Consulting. It replaces the RMS System (accessible in read-only mode).

UTRMS modules have been launched in stages. While there are secondary modules that cross into research administration, such as Conflicts of Interest, and IRB (Institutional Review Board for human & animal subjects), primary focus for research adminstration is the Grants and Agreements modules.
